目前已发表/合作发表SCI论文60余篇,专著1部,其中第一作者/通讯作者16篇;申请专利10余项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,国家级平台开放基金项目1项,其他合作项目7项;参与包括863计划课题2项,总装备部“十二五”预研项目1项,四川省重点项目1项,指导研究生4人。

 

研究领域:

多元复杂外延薄膜生长控制研究

主要研究结果有:

(1)MOCVD技术制备双面高温超导薄膜,有效的降低了双面超导薄膜的制备成本,提高了制备效率,实现了实验室到工业化成果转化,未来有望使超导材料率先直接应用于民用器件中。

(2)提出了一种基于金属靶材快速制备YBCO超导带材超导层的方法,该方法能够有效的将溅射技术应用于高温超导带材的快速制备过程中,并且,采用金属溅射的方式是能够降低制备成本的有效手段。

(3)设计了多靶位大面积沉积双面YBCO薄膜溅射仪,采用多工位基片盘公转带动自转的方式,实现了YBCO双面超导薄膜的快速沉积,设计尺寸最大为4英寸单晶基片,制备效率提高至传统方法的20倍左右。

(4)基于直流磁控反应溅射率先在国内外实现了双面YBCO/CeO2/YSZ/Y2O3结构的规模化制备,为YBCO超导带材突破极限性能提供最具优势的技术手段。
